At Angina The Label, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains when a return, exchange, or refund may be available.

1. Returns

Most products may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they are:

• Unused and unworn

• In their original condition

• Returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories (where applicable)

Items that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way may not qualify for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

• Items purchased during sales or promotional events

• Clearance or discounted products

• Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

• Returns submitted without prior authorization

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning approved items.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect shipment or a confirmed manufacturing defect.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Angina The Label cannot be held responsible for returns lost during transit.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it immediately enters our processing system.

Because of this, orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded before delivery. If you decide not to keep your purchase after receiving it, you may submit a return request in accordance with this policy.

5. Return Request Deadline

To qualify for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for approval.

6. Multiple Size Orders

Orders containing the same product in multiple sizes for fitting purposes are not eligible for return or exchange.

We recommend reviewing our sizing guide carefully before placing your order.

7. Sale & Promotional Items

Products purchased during promotional campaigns or at discounted prices are considered final sale.

These items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they arrive with a verified manufacturing defect.

8. Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once we have reviewed the issue, we will determine the most appropriate solution, which may include:

• A replacement item

• An exchange

• A full refund, where applicable

9. Return Procedure

• The reason for your return request

If your request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions explaining how to return your item.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

10. Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, the payment will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout.
